Who is the Data Controller?
Consilimo Group AS is responsible for the customer registry and personal data. The daily management and handling of the customer registry is delegated to Consilimo (Edelweiss and Serviteur) customer service.
What Personal Information is Collected About You?
When you become a customer with Consilimo, the following information is recorded in the customer registry: company name, first name, last name, address, phone number, and email address. This information is necessary for Consilimo to manage your customer relationship. Your customer number is assigned and recorded by Consilimo. When using forms in the online store, you will be asked to fill out all fields necessary to process your inquiry, helping to avoid spam and other unsolicited inquiries. However, it is voluntary to provide information in the integrated forms on the websites. If you do not wish to provide the required information on the websites, you may contact Consilimo’s Customer Service by email or phone.
What is the Purpose of the Collected Personal Data?
The purpose of collecting and recording personal data is mainly to manage your customer relationship effectively and ensure delivery to the correct addresses. Processing personal data involves activities such as sending newsletters and informing and promoting products from Consilimo (Edelweiss, Serviteur, Gus Design, and Blooms). In connection with product information and marketing from Consilimo’s partners, all disclosure and processing of personal data complies with legislation and serves the purposes described in the Privacy Policy. The parameters for third-party disclosure and processing of personal data are determined by Consilimo. According to the Marketing Act § 12, we require your specific consent if electronic communication methods will be used to inform or market products, services, or benefits to you individually. By checking a box, you provide your consent and will receive further information about what you are consenting to.
How Does Consilimo Use Cookies?
When you use the websites or any of our web applications, you leave electronic traces. Some of this information is recorded through cookies. How Is Customer Data Secured?
Only selected employees at Consilimo have access to the customer registry, controlled by access restrictions and passwords. Consilimo processes data securely in line with legal requirements for integrity, confidentiality, and availability.
How Can You Access or Modify Your Personal Data?
Under the Personal Data Act § 18 and as a customer of Consilimo, you have the right to access your data. If your data is incomplete or incorrect, you may request corrections in accordance with the Personal Data Act § 27.
