Terms and Conditions
General
The following terms apply to the purchase of goods and services provided by Consilimo AS. These terms apply to all types of sales unless otherwise agreed upon in writing between the parties.
Dealer Status
Please note that we conduct an evaluation of each new dealer for our products at Consilimo Group AS. We wish to maintain a representative dealer network for our products on a national level and ensure that those who do business with us receive the service and support they need. Therefore, we have an application form for new interested parties. This is to assess the current situation in your local market and provide the best feedback to new applicants regarding distribution in their area.
Ordering Terms
All prices are excluding VAT, possible environmental fees, and shipping.
All items must be ordered in sales unit packaging (SE: +quantity in parentheses) as defined in the product text. Example: Elegance Napkin white SE:12 – this means the product must be ordered in quantities of 12 packs, the price is defined per piece, not per sales unit (SE = box/minimum quantity). Ribbons are sold in full rolls, and the price is per roll. The number of meters is defined in the text, e.g., 25 meters.
All orders are shipped once all items in the order are in stock.

Special Order Goods
Special order items are those products that will only be produced after the goods are ordered.
All offers are made without obligation and subject to price increases and changes in delivery options.
The offer is valid for 30 days from the offer date unless otherwise specified. Agreements that differ from the offer are only considered a new offer after written confirmation from Consilimo.
The exact price of the cliché (printing plates) cannot be calculated until the offer has been accepted and the proof has been approved by the customer. Any discount on clichés must be refunded upon delivery of the cliché. We keep clichés for 3 years from the production date. A new order extends this period by another 3 years. Clichés have a limited lifespan and must be renewed when necessary.
The agreement between Consilimo Group AS and the buyer comes into effect when the customer accepts the offer in writing. The customer will then receive an order confirmation from Consilimo. Objections to the order confirmation must be made in writing immediately, and no later than three days after receipt of the confirmation. Cancellation of orders after the agreement has come into effect can only occur by agreement and subject to any incurred costs.
All prices are quoted excluding VAT and any environmental fees. Shipping and repro costs are additional and paid by the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing in advance. A pallet fee will be charged for all deliveries on pallets.
Setup cost for printorders: EUR 75 for setting up design plus one proof round, provided the customer delivers a vectorized file of their logo (file formats: ai, eps, or pdf). Image files must be high resolution, i.e., 300 dpi. Additional proof rounds will be billed at EUR 35 per proof. If the customer delivers a logo in a format other than specified above, requiring it to be redrawn, an additional EUR 75 will be charged. If the customer does not have a logo, and a new logo must be designed, the customer will be billed EUR 75 per hour for this work.
Product Information
The buyer must expect some variation in color shades compared to what is shown in catalogs, websites, and other marketing materials. Differences between a product's image and its actual appearance may occur. Only significant differences will be grounds for complaints.
Special Order Goods
Custom ordered items with printing may vary in quantity by +/- 15% compared to the ordered quantity. For small quantities, the variance may be +/- 25%. The customer will be invoiced for the actual delivered quantity.
Size deviations of up to 5% do not give grounds for complaints.
Cotton bags bags cannot be machine washed or tumble-dried as this will damage the print and cause the material to shrink. They can only be hand washed in cold water.
The buyer must expect some variation in color shades compared to color samples shown on screen and prints. No guarantee is made against color transfer, especially with matte prints.
Shopping bags are normally delivered with a photocell mark in the upper corner, as well as with a bottom seal mark. This is to ensure the correct placement of the logo and to label the product with relevant information.
The customer must obtain the rights to use their logo/trademark. These rights must be presented upon request. Consilimo is not responsible for misuse according to the above.
Consilimo reserves the right to use all produced goods as samples and for marketing purposes.
Payment Terms
The first order must be paid in advance. Subsequent orders are sent with an invoice due in 20 days net, subject to credit check approval.
All new customers are credit checked. The result of the credit check will determine the payment terms. The invoice will be sent by email, so it is important to provide the correct email address. We have outsourced reminder and debt collection work to Kredinor.
Delivery Terms
All orders over EUR/GBP 1,000 excluding VAT will be shipped free of charge in England, Germany, Austria, Italy, Switzerland, Estonia, France, Belgium, Poland, and Spain. Shipping costs are based on the volume of the order.
Our discounts are provided to our customers and are only charged with net shipping costs. The shipping fee will be applied to the invoice.
Transport Damage
The recipient must ensure that the product packaging is not damaged and that the number of delivered packages matches the shipping list/bill of lading. Any damage or missing packages must be noted on the shipping list/bill of lading before acknowledging receipt and must be reported to Consilimo immediately and no later than five days. Otherwise, Consilimo Group AS may disclaim responsibility for the damage.
Returns/Complaints
1. All complaints must be registered with us within 8 days of the shipping date.
2. Before goods are sent back, this must be cleared with Consilimo Group AS. Saleable goods will not be accepted for return.

4. The offers are valid as long as stock lasts. We reserve the right to correct printing errors.
